Hi, I'm Rinnku G and I'm on a mission to help 100,000 people achieve financial independence, success and happiness using Identity Coaching. I help people ‘Discover their Mojo’, their unique blueprint to success.I'm the founder of the Nakshatra Tribe, which is a strong community of women helping each other to Learn, Grow and Reach for the Stars! My desire is to spread the wave of positivity and empower and touch as many lives as I can in my lifetime. Over the last 20 years I have coached hundreds of individuals, teams and organisations unravel their hidden potential and climb the peaks of personal and professional success! I have been awarded’ South India’s 50 Most Talented HR Leaders’ by the Asia HRM Congress and ‘Iconic Women Creating a Better World For All’ by the Women Economic Forum. I have been a speaker at various forums like Silicon India, Dun & Bradstreet Events, Success Mastery Summit, IIM-Kozhikode etc.I specialise in helping people identify their natural behavioral strengths and harness it to achieve peak potential. I help them achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I am also an HR Leader, a poet and a numerologist.I sing for joy, write for joy and a big bookworm. I started working while I was studying, selling pagers door to door, selling magazine subscriptions as it helped me fund my education. I am a Masters in English, an MBA in HR and have done a General Management course from IIM-Ahmedabad. I am also a Certified Psychometric Assessor. I have broken the glass ceiling inspite of difficulties. I have learnt to turnaround difficult relationships and work on my challenges. I am a spiritual person and believe that there is a higher power who will help us find the right person, the right resource when required.
